Famous Penguins

Rockhopper:

The Pirate ship Migrator comes to clubpenguin about every month or two. It carries Captain Rockhopper and his puffel Yarr who bring free items and items for members as well. He will be visible for a while in the light house beacon telescope and then he will pull up by the lighthouse. You can get on his ship and go down in the hold where you can buy items. You can also read is journal which will appear in the bottom right corner. So far for free items he has brought: An eye patch, A red bandana, A belt, A black bandana, Boots, Sailors hat, Fishing rod, and a free life jacket. The best item he has brought is when he introduced the red puffel like Yarr. Rockhopper has his own island called Rockhopper’s Island and that’s where the red puffels came from. when he comes he is most likely to be seen in the Ship, the dock, the pizza parlor, the ice berg, and the night club. If you see him, bring up his player card and click on the winking icon where the buddy icon should be and he will give you a free item. It used to be an eye patch but now it’s a background with him next to you. You can not ask him to be your buddy. Some think he can ask you but I’ll tell you first hand he has no buddy list so you can not be his buddy unless they make some changes. Rockhopper has had his ship wrecked and we even had a pirate party for him. Later, he gave us the fall fair stuff. Rockhopper is NOT a program and there is someone on as him. Rockhopper is probably one of the most famous penguins in CP.

Aunt Arctic:

Aunt Arctic is a reporter for the Penguin Times and is known for her ‘Ask Aunt Arctic’ page where people can send in questions and she will answer them. Aunt Arctic is not commonly seen around CP and has never been found by the FPT Crew. If you see her, tell us. She always wears the color green and has glasses and a pink knit hat.

Bambadee

Bambadee was first introduced to clubpenguin when he stowed away on Migrator. Rockhopper left the story in a bottle floating to clubpenguin. Now you can find the story in the book room under Rockhopper and the Stowaway. The blue penguin was stowing away on the Migrator and the Captain caught him. Later, Bambadee disguised himself as a ghost and tried to convince Rockhopper not to take him back to CP. Rockhopper didn’t fall for it. Bambadee was sent back to clubpenguin. Later he made special bracelets for everyone in Clubpenguin. You will periodically here about Bambadee in the news paper with Rockhopper. Bambadee has not been heard from lately so he is not as easily recognized as G or Rockhopper.   rockhopper-and-the-stowaway.png

Gary the Gadget Guy (G)

Gary the Gadget Guy is often known as G. He is a brilliant inventor. He has invented Jetpack, Pizzatron 3000, AC 3000, the clock tower, and recently the submarine to save Rockhopper’s ship. You can see him in all the secret agent missions and is always there to help you. He wears dark blue with glasses and a long white lab coat. I once saw him at the town on Beanie.

The Happy77 and Gizmo are well known mods and Screenhog is and artist for clubpenguin. In fact, here’s an interview of Screenhog. It sounds like their going to do this sometimes:

Hello Penguins!

We have heard from a lot of you with requests for different penguins to post on this blog. We thought it was a great idea and decided to do it! So, today I wanted to introduce a penguin that some of you have heard from before.  He will be bringing some great “behind the scenes” info to all of us a few times a month.   His name is “Screenhog!”  Please give him a warm welcome to the blog!  He’s one of Club Penguin’s first artists and he has drawn a LOT of cool stuff over the years. He will be posting some of it later this week. But before we get to all the cool behind the scenes stuff, I asked him a few questions I thought all of you would be interested in.  What’s your favorite outfit to wear in Club Penguin?Screenhog: I change outfits too much to have a favorite one. But I really like the musical instruments and the hard hat!

What’s your favorite activity in Club Penguin?

Screenhog: I’d have to say the mini-games are my favorite. Out of all the games, Astro-Barrier and Jet Pack Adventure are the best, in my opinion.

Can other penguins meet you online?

Screenhog: I’m usually playing mini-games when I go online, but if you do run into me, I’d be happy to meet you.

You can identify moderators my the M sign on their player card. Here are a few pictures. Screenhog doesn’t have a mod sign in the corner because they try to keep mod’s ID’s a secret.
